Jessica Simpson has put her curves on full display in a new bathing suit photo. The mother of three is known for her amazing body and while there’s no question she has put her body through many changes, she never ceases to amaze people by bouncing back into shape. The Open Book author shared the photo with her 5.3 million Instagram followers where it began going viral. Those who follow Jessica or have watched her interviews know that she has an incredible sense of humor. Of course, she wasn’t just sharing a photo of herself showing off her body — there was a comedic aspect to the photo.

Jessica was photographed lying on a mat in the middle of the pool and at first, the picture looked serene. Surrounded by turquoise water with a picturesque landscape in the back, astute fans noticed a splash in the water right next to Jessica’s face. She explained that her son was playing baseball and hit a homerun only the ball landed within inches from her face!

She shared the following caption.

“Attempted gettin’ some sun and my son smacked a homerun from the driveway that almost nailed me in the face. Proof is in the splash. Needless to say, I got off the mat 😂”
