'Queer Eye' Star Tan France Proudly Announces He Is Expecting a Baby with His Husband Rob
Fashion designer and actor Tan France recently revealed he is about to become a dad with his husband Rob France; this would be the couple's first child.
“Queer Eye” star Tan France announced on social media that he and his spouse are having a baby via surrogate. The 37-year-old shared the exciting news with his Instagram followers.
“So happy to finally share that WE’RE HAVING A BABY!! No, I’m not pregnant, despite the VERY realistic pic. With the greatest gift/help of the most wonderful surrogate, Rob and I are lucky enough to be on our way to being parents this Summer," he wrote.

He shared that he and his partner have been longing to start a family for many years. Tan divulged that their hearts are full right now following the news.
The British native added he could not wait to hold their newborn and to show him much love. He posted a snapshot imitating a pregnant woman cradling her belly.
He went shirtless while posing with his hand on his chest with another just under his toned abs holding an ultrasound which shows the baby fully grown.
Celebrities took to the comments section to congratulate him on the excellent news, including model, Martha Hunt who said, “Congrats, Tan!! You'll make such a great parent!"
Also, father-to-be, Rob took to Instagram and shared the news with an illustration of a fetus. He wrote that he and Tan are expecting a little angel on the way, adding he did not think it was humanly possible to feel like this.
In June 2018, his husband revealed their plans on having six children and called that number "just enough." Tan noted that he feels privileged to talk about what he wants to do freely.
ROB & TAN’S RELATIONSHIP
Tan and Rob tied the knot without an engagement. They have been together since 2008 and got married in 2013 after the Defense of Marriage Act was overturned in the US.
Tan said being in a long-distance relationship was not hard work at all at the time. The Netflix personality shared it was the easiest thing in his life.

In an interview with The Guardian, he opened up about his childhood and revealed his family never mentioned the "gay" word in the household. Tan mentioned that when he was 13 years old, he knew he liked boys.
At the time, he said he was well aware he was gay but did not know the word. "There was never a time I was attracted to women," he said. Tan revealed he came out at the age of 16 and told his friends, siblings, then eventually his mother. His father died when he was 13.
