Kim Fields Recalled Embarrassing Wardrobe Malfunction on 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' Set
Tv star, Kim Fields, reminisces about a time when she felt embarrassed while working with Will Smith on "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air."
The award-winning actress knows her onions when it comes to role interpretations, and her expertise is not questionable thanks to her years of practice.
Recently, however, she opened up in an interview about one of the worst moments in her career. The "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" star stated that her skirt fell off as she conversed with Will Smith on camera after a rushed clothes change.

Fortunately for her, her "treasure" was out of sight following the help rendered by her jacket. According to Kim Fields:
"So Will and I are doing our dialogue...and all of a sudden, I feel this draft around my legs...And I looked down, and my skirt had fallen completely around my ankles. It was gone...And thank God I'm so short that the blazer I was wearing covered my treasure."
Kim mentioned that the entire incident was caught on camera, but that her co-star immediately tried to discontinue filming by blocking the camera lens.
Although it was a dreadful moment for the actress, Will made the situation light by not uttering a word other than laughter.
After the embarrassment, 50-year-old Kim realized that fastening a button is crucial as she jokingly told the Chicago Tribune that her lesson learned was "button your damn clothes."

Two years ago, she mentioned how she felt when she started her acting career beginning with her feature as a child in the 1970s sitcom, "Facts of Life."
The tv-personality said that she wasn't very confident during her first auditions for the role. As a child star, she teamed up with Janet Jackson, who was also a popular name at that time, and the two became nearly inseparable.
Her new project, "You Light Up My Christmas," displays her skills as a producer and director; she filmed the production for only 15 days.
Speaking on how she managed the popularity that came with her appearance on tv, she referenced her family as her support system that helped navigate her to avoid the child star curse.
